Cher LLoyd’s 1st single ‘Swagger Jagger’ just leaked and she’s angry.

I really expected it to be more like ‘Turn My Swag On’ especially after Keri Hilson said she wants to write for her and already has some ideas… but no.

Over the years tracks like Alien Ant Farm’s Smooth Criminal and Rihanna’s Don’t Stop The Music (I’m so angry) have made me extra protective over MJ’s music, but from time to time you have to make allowances and, for me, this is one of them.

As a Michael fan, I’m not big on people over doing the Jacko thing *cough Ne-Yo cough* but the album’s got a few tunes and he did well. Throwing chairs out of windows aside, it’s been a sick comeback.

When I heard Flying High I was like “Allow!”, when I heard Champion I thought “Yo!”, when I heard In The Air I felt disapointment like the parent of a kid that got Level 2’s in his SAT’s even though he revised. So by this point, I had doubts about the album (yh you’ve got collabs but are you gonna sell doe?). But after hearing this, the Trey tune, I’m not going to lie, I’m slyly impressed.

Whatever you have to say about Chipmunk, the A&Ring on this album is delicious! This American quality, Timbaland styled production from none over than H-Money (one of the British additions to the Darkchild camp and the man behind hits like ‘Champion’ and ‘Look For Me’), should allow Chip Diddy Chip to reach the balance between being commercial and credible. Well, as long as he stays away from Moment 4 Life Freestyles and tunes like Game Over.

As much as it hurts me to give props to Sony, I’ll have to rate them if they pull this off.

It’s the next one from Last Train To Paris and it’s called ‘I Hate That You Love Me’.

A lot of people around me carry strong feelings for this album (like my friend Chinners who would probably burst into my house and burn down my CD collection if I said anything bad about this track), but they have a right to – from ‘Hello Good Morning’ to the remix to ‘Coming Home’, it’s surprisingly good.

This one’s produced by Rodney Jerkins with other cuts coming from the likes of Swizz Beatz, Polow da Don, Danja, Alex da Kid and Mario Winans.

The jagged up player is for a reason. The video leaked a few days ago but has since been removed from Youtube.

P.S. Remember when Diddy tried to make Aubrey and D.Woods look crazy for cussing about Dawn recording outside the group?
You can download Dawn’s new mixtape ‘#ATellTaleHeart’ here

So what if it’s banned in 11 countries and flagged up on Youtube, she na care! Ri Ri’s on a mission to make sure everyone watches the controversial video for her favourite track from her current ‘Loud’ album and latest single ‘S&M’ – and I’m not looking to get in her way.

You can watch it here

So Kanye gave us G.O.O.D Fridays, Swizz Beatz dropped Monster Mondays, Snoop D O Double Gizzle’s even trying a ting with Puff Puff Pass Tuesdays and now mr “I get a half a mill for my beats you get a couple gra-a-and” has decided to start up Timbaland Thursdays!

Timbo’s dropping a new track every thursday starting today, until his new album ‘Shock Value 3’ comes out. The 1st one’s called ‘Take Ur Clothes Off’ and features Missy Elliott

Despite him showing interest in working with Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato, I reckon he’s gonna go hard.
I’ll keep you updated.

Emerging from the same camp as Devlin, Ghetts and Griminal, Code Red are carving out their lane in the UK music scene, ahead of 2011, with their 1st track ‘Over’.

They’re already being compared to N-Dubz but I think they have something new to offer.

Drake, Kanye West, T.I, Fabolous & Andre 3000  jump on the remix to Chris Brown’s Deuces.

It dropped last night but I was in my bed… allow me;

Ne-Yo – One In A Million

Here’s the new video, shot in Hollywood, for Ne-Yo’s third single from his forthcoming album ‘Libra Scale’.

These The Way You Make Me Feel videos give me jokes. I’m still waiting to see a Yo (Excuse Me Miss) or a Just A Friend in real life, just to see the girl’s reaction, and maybe to see if the boy gets arrested – but I guess there’s only one way to find out. One of these days you may see me stalking a PYT to an R&B beat and stopping traffic to buss some moves on Oxford Street.

Trey Songz ft. Drake – The Usual

Certain people need to stop working with eachother becuase, even though this tune is decent, it’s actually becoming the usual. The ironing. But na, the world’s not ready for any more Beyonce & Jigga collabs, Timbaland & Magoo aren’t allowed to put out another album and even Alicia Keys knows better than to release an Empire State Of Mind Pt3, so who told these guys they could get away with it? I’m not hating, I’m just shook of it becoming a Pokemon Heart Gold or Big Brother 11 situation 27 collabs down the line.

Stil, it just leaked a couple hours ago and it’s looking like the next one from Trey’s forthcoming album Passion, Pain & Pleasure.
