I’m a massive fan of this exciting new artist. She seems to be going from strength to strength and has now reached that point where anything she releases, i’m interested simply because of her open hearted lyricism and heavyweight beats designed for her supple vocal delivery.

Hailing from Leicester, Mahalia’s latest offering is produced by Maths Times Joy who was also responsible for her stand-out cut ‘Sober’ (9 Million YouTube views).

There is currently no video for this track as yet but it’s so hot i needed to share it with you. When the official vid is ready i’ll replace this audio with visual, in the meantime, enjoy!!

In anticipation of the release of Mỳa’s eighth studio album, the songstress has just dropped another sultry and sensual single, but we wouldn’t expect anything less from the stunning superstar! ‘Knock You Out’, produced by MyGuyMars, sees Mỳa’s soft vocals laid over a slow beat, setting an intimate mood in combination with a steady guitar. Mỳa has built us up for the album entitled ‘T.K.O’ since last year. Set for release 20th April 2018 you can expect traditional R&B slow jams including her singles, ‘Ready for Whatever’, ‘Ready, Part II’, ‘You Got Me’ and ‘Damage’.

It would appear living legend, Toni Braxton is yet to un-break her heart based on her new album ‘Sex & Cigarettes’. However, if this is the music she produces with a broken heart we are not sure we want it fixed. Although it’s a short album with only eight tracks, she has some real hits. Her single ‘Long As I Live’ is currently generating a buzz but the single also entitled ‘Sex & Cigarette’ is a real treat for R&B ballad lovers. Braxton pouring out her heart on the record, accompanied by a smooth piano, gives us what I can only describe as soulful deliciousness.

Lauryn Hill is set to embark on a massive tour to celebrate the 20th anniversary of her debut and only solo studio album ‘The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill’.

According to The Fader, she’ll perform the classic LP in full and the 29 date North American tour will commence July 5th 2018 in Virginia Beach.

There’s nothing to suggest she’ll be bringing the tour this side of the pond but hopefully if she does it will truly reflect the albums original versions and not the reggae-rockified versions she delivered last time round.

Every now and then a musical collaboration pops up that is just perfection, for us RnB fan this is one of them! Long time Phonte collaborator and member of the Foreign Exchange Camp Zo! has just delivered the first single from his new album feat the UK’s very own Dornik and Phonte entitled, ‘Lifelines‘.

The self-produced track is about as smooth as music gets with Dornik‘s vocal blending beautifully with Zo!‘s expertly produced melody. For a slice of music perfection click the link below and make sure you cop the single and pre order the album, ‘SkyBreak‘ set for release May 20th here

So we’ve been waiting for the debut album from Jordan Rakei to drop for a minute and listening to him discuss it on his podcast, ‘Are We Live‘ (with Tom Misch, Alfa Mist and Barney) he assures that it is finished with a release date to be confirmed.

While we patiently wait, Jordan delivers a jazz infused soulfully hypnotic delight with, ‘Talk To Me‘ which once again demonstrates his distinctive style. Pick up the track here

Alt-RnB singer/producer Sunni Colon just dropped the perfect soundtrack to your summer! ‘Feel4U‘ is an uptempo, self-produced, feel good track with an 80’s throwback vibe guaranteed to have you hitting repeat!

Look out for his forthcoming project, ‘Thierry Disko‘ later this year and until then enjoy ‘Feel4U
