Sup R&B fam,
Great to see these ladies back with a follow up some 14 years after their smash “The boy is mine”
I must admit when i first heard it i wasn’t sure but it’s a bit of a grower and is defintely a big production courtesy of man of the moment Rico Love.
Their female empowerment anthem is scheduled for release on 8th April 2012 and features on Monica’s forthcoming brand new album ‘New Life’ which is due for release on 9th April 2012.

Sup Soulsters,
‘Child Of The Ghetto’ is UK singer-songwriter KOF’s new single – a familiar tale of hardships, relationships and the strife that these can bring – but the stories supersede location and race, and are stories that many people can relate to.

First played on my R&B Show on BBC 1Xtra, this track has gone from strength to strength. The video was shot in shot in St Lucia!

‘Child of the Ghetto’ is out on March 25th 2012 and also features on KOF’s forthcoming EP, “An Alternative Soul”, due for release on April 8th.

Ssup Soulsters,
a headz up on something a bit speciai and it’s been a long time coming but the wait is almost over.
The introduction of DivaGeek – Vula Malinga (Basement Jaxx) & Ben Jones.
This is the first of 4 videos filmed at Fish Factory Studios In NW LDN during a live recording session of the band.
Look out for the other 3 videos of the songs included in the forthcoming debut album ‘He Said, She Said’ to be heard on my BBC radio 1xtra R&B show tomoro night from 10pm
