Well it’s finally here…‘Those Who Wait’ The Mixtape courtesy of the mancunian soulster DALEY.
It is a truly magical piece of work to ease you into what he is all about. SOUL…It’s also a great introduction for those who are prepared to wait for his debut album. I’ve heard what is a potential single ‘Blame The World’ from the actual album which is simply stunning so watch out for that!
In the meantime download this 10 track mixtape which features the killer ballad ‘Alone Together’ with Marsha Ambrosius (Floetry), a heavy Harry Love remix of ‘Doncamatic’ originally recorded with the Gorillaz and an amazing acoustic version of Madonna’s ‘Like A Virgin’ 1st performed on my 1xtra R&B show as an R&B challenge. Yep, he liked it so much he put it on the mixtape!

got a little nugget for you. Been championing this tune for a hot minute.
Rapper / singer-songwriter KOF (formerly known as Young KOF) continues the good work with a new fresh live, soulful sound.

‘Looking At Me’ perfectly showcases this. A potential summer anthem for 2011, KOF manages to capture the essence of the season, with hypnotic melodies and an all too familiar storyline!

‘Looking At Me’ playfully tells of a brief rendezvous between a girl and a guy, with the only obstacle being that the young lady already has a partner.

So I’ve come to the conclusion that a lot of the tunes I post on here are from Drake or Chris Brown. But really and truly, since Usher got disqualified from R&B, who’s really ready? Okay so the females are doing their thing and Loick just banged out a no.2 but deep down you know I’ve got a point.

Still, you can always count on Drizzy to leak a few tunes for the car. This, the latest one, is called ‘Headlines’ and is rumoured to be the lead single from his forthcoming sophmore album ‘Take Care’.

This fresh Chris Brown track called ‘I Love Her’ has appeared online in full, after a snippet was leaked last week. It’s unclear as to whether this will appear on his forthcoming album Fortune as Chris tweeted recently “If the whole song doesn’t leak then it’s going on fortune! I have so many songs that I’ve recorded in my opinion that are siiiccccckkkk! I just really hope people appreciate the diversity on Fortune!”

J. Cole is getting us ready for his September 27th album release of ‘Cole World: The Sideline Story’ with the 1st in the series of free downloads.

This one is called “Any Given Sunday” consisting of a collection of new music, unreleased & rare songs/freestyles.

Cole said via his website: “Every Sunday til the album drops I’ll be back with something. Maybe just 1 song, maybe a video, depending on how I’m feeling.

September 27! We almost there. Until then…”

1. “Like A Star” – Was saving this for the 2nd album. Due to some other shit beyond my control, I’ma let this out now.

2. “Knock On Wood”- One of my fav. freestyles. OG Dreamvillains gotta be reminded, new fans gotta get put on.

Roc Nation singer Bridget Kelly who sang Alicia’s chorus and hook on tour with Jay Z on “Empire State of Mind” is back with this track called “Thinking About You”. A version popped up online sung by Odd Future’s Frank Ocean, who wrote the track and here is the official final version by Bridget which was premiered by Jay.
