Tickets will be available ONLINE today at 1.00pm. Bookings are accepted from all size parties from 2 people upwards with the following prices. Full details of sizes and types available are on the website bookings page.

SELF CATERING APPTS £175 per person
This includes accommodation in fully equipped self-catering apartments, all entertainment, attractions & holiday centre facilities. Full party details and 2 passport photos of each person and balances will be required by 4th March at the latest to secure your places.

ROOM ONLY (feat Coffee making facilities, tv etc) £165 per person
This includes accommodation on a room only basis but includes beds, bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities, TV, all entertainment, attractions & holiday centre facilities. Full party details and 2 passport photos of each person and balances will be required by 4th March at the latest to secure your places.

23 Jan Raphael Saadiq’s – Stone Rollin’ Tour hits the UK

Legendary soulster Raphael Saadiq is coming to the UK to perform at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire on 28th April 2011.

One of music’s most highly regarded recording artists and producers, Saadiq is set to release his fifth studio album Stone Rollin’ in the US in March 2011. The album includes new singles ‘Stone Rollin’ and ‘Good Man’, and celebrates the classic sounds of 60’s and 70’s soul with a futuristic twist.

Since the release of his last album ‘The Way I See It’ which earned him 3 Grammy Nominations, Saadiq has been touring across Europe, the States and Asia. The album, which featured Stevie Wonder, Jay Z and Joss Stone, was also chosen by iTunes as their ‘Album Of The Year’ in 2008.
Very big indeed, and as a fan i shall deffo be there on Thursday April 28th.

After the huge success of 2010, with party people from an incredible 32 countires in attendance, the SPW team are heading back to the stunning Adriatic in Summer 2011 for SuncéBeat 2, which promises to be just as magical and then some!!

Set in the beautiful surroundings of The Garden Petrcane near Zadar, this 2500 capacity event will take place over 3 nights and days from 29th July – 31st July 2011 (However, many will be making a week of it from July 27th – August 3rd with entertainment on offer!). ACCOMODATION

HOTELS
Petrcane is well stocked with accommodation. Check Hotel Pinija if your after a three star hotel vibe with indoor pool, etc. There’s a huge stock of apartments and villas that can be booked for the week or weekend as well as cheaper hotels for as little as 10 Euros a night. The village also has camping facilities for up to 160 tents. If you would like further information please email [email protected] or [email protected]

CAMPING
There is a small campsite very close to the festival which can hold around 100-120 “plots” (ie. Small – medium tent).The price is 25 kuna’s per day which works out at around £3 a day. Bargain! Please check out Camp Pineta or email Gail (as Above) for a larger campsite, They do get booked up quite quickly though! If you are looking on the internet for accommodation then the villages of PETRCANE or PUNTA SKALA are best for walking to the festival site.

I caught up with Super producer and New Jack Swing Legend Teddy Riley for The BBC 1xtra R&B show on the eve of Michael Jackson’s Posthumous release ‘Michael’

Teddy was asked to put the finishing touches on the album which consisted of new vocals from MJ.
But did the rest of the Jackson family give the album their blessing?
Where did these new Michael Jackson vocals come from…The Cascio’s basement? But who are the Cascio family?
Are they really his vocals?
How does Teddy respond to Black Eyed Peas frontman Will I Am saying the album should never be released without Michael’s seal of approval?
